The annual Homes Degree hosted by Lodge Sir Michael No. 989 in aid of the Marcus Humphrey House was well attended by brethren from the Province. It has become an increasingly popular event.
Another full house witnessed an excellent degree carried out by the Masters of the various lodges in the Province, led by Brother Nicholas RR Stetz, Right Worshipful Master of Lodge Firth of Clyde, Gourock No. 626.
A record total of £1,000 was raised on the evening and was presented Bro. James Marcus Humphrey, Past Grand Master, at the annual BBQ at Marcus Humphrey House on Sunday 12th June by Right Worshipful Master Brother Stetz accompanied by Right Worshipful Master Brother Paul Docherty of Lodge Sir Michael No. 989.
The Provincial Grand Master also presented a cheque on behalf of the brethren of Lodge Greenock Kilwinning No.XII, also for £1000, which was part of the proceeds from the Lodge’s annual Charity Burns Supper.
